My twenty three years of residential construction application and
management began in the early 1980's as a carpenter apprentice building and
framing roofs, walls, decks, stairs and other structural components.  Through
the eighties and into the early nineties my construction experience grew to
include all conventional types of residential flooring, roofing, drywall, siding,
windows, and doors.

In 1994 I purchased my first of many investment properties and began the
long journey of planning, managing, and applying my practical construction
abilities and saving crippled houses.

Through education and application and many, many meetings with city and
county inspectors of all kinds, I built a working knowledge of plumbing,
electrical and mechanical systems as I continued purchasing and restoring
various types of residential properties.  Will my well rounded knowledge of
residential building systems I began offering my services as an inspector to
my fellow investors giving paid advice regarding the general condition of
potential investments.

In todays uncertain real estate market I have become a full time inspector
offering a wide range of services to buyers, sellers, investors,
landlord/tenants and real estate professionals.

I am a member in good standing of the
National Association of Certified
Home Inspectors
and adhere to their Code of Ethics, and Standard Operating
Procedures. NACHI member requirements include but are not limited to,
passing the Annual Comprehensive Certified Inspector Exam, Annual
Continuing  Education Requirements, and required member participation in
educational Chapter Meetings.
